Material overview:
Copper oxide (CuO) is a black oxide of copper, slightly amphoteric and slightly hygroscopic. The relative molecular mass is 79.545, the density is 6.3 ~ 6.9 g / cm3, and the melting point is 1326 ℃. It is insoluble in water and ethanol, soluble in acid, ammonium chloride and potassium cyanide solutions. It slowly dissolves in ammonia solution and can react with strong alkali. Copper oxide is mainly used for making rayon, ceramics, glaze and enamel, batteries, petroleum desulfurizers, insecticides, hydrogen production, catalysts, green glass, etc.
Copper sulfide is an inorganic compound. It is a sulfide of divalent copper. The chemical formula is CuS. It is dark brown and extremely insoluble. It is one of the most insoluble substances (after mercury sulfide, platinum sulfide, silver sulfide, etc.) Because of its poor solubility, some seemingly impossible reactions can occur.
Principle: The
material enters the machine from the feed inlet. Under the action of the vibration force, the material is thrown forward in a horizontal direction and moves continuously. After the hot air passes through the fluidized bed and exchanges heat with the wet material, the wet air is removed by the cyclone separator. The air outlet is discharged, and the dry materials are discharged from the material outlet.
Features:
● Vibration source is driven by vibration motor, running smoothly, easy maintenance, low noise, long life and easy maintenance.
● High thermal efficiency, which can save more than 30% energy compared with general drying equipment. The temperature distribution of the bed is uniform, there is no local overheating, the fluidization is uniform, and there is no dead angle.
● It has good adjustability and adapts to the width of the surface. The thickness of the material layer, the speed of movement in the machine and the uniform change of the full amplitude can realize stepless adjustment.
● Less damage to the surface of the material, can be used to dry fragile materials; when the particles of the material are irregular, it will not affect the work effect.
● The fully enclosed structure is used to effectively prevent the infection of the air fork between the material and the air. The working environment is clean.
● When used for mass production of high-moisture materials, multiple units can be connected in series to meet user requirements (typical materials: such as polyacrylamide, etc.).
